To qualify for a refund under this guarantee, please follow these steps:

  1. Usage Requirement: The product must be used 2-3 times weekly for 60 days as directed.
  2. Documentation: Provide time-stamped photos or videos showing your consistent use throughout the 60-day period (weekly documentation recommended).
  3. Initiate the Process: Email us at support@kurinuka.com with your documentation and a detailed explanation of your experience and why you are seeking a refund.
  4. Evaluation: Our team will review your submission to ensure compliance with the guarantee terms.
  5. Results Expectation: Most users begin to see noticeable results around the 2-3 month mark with consistent use.

General Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

We’re happy to consider a refund under the following conditions:

  • The issue is related to an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or damaged item)

  • Item is damaged during transit

Note: For opened or used items, refunds may be offered only in special cases and at the discretion of our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

To ensure we can keep our pricing and service standards high, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Orders marked as delivered but claimed missing without proof (e.g. theft report or certificate of non-delivery from post office)

  • Customer regret or dissatisfaction after half to full use of the product

  • Shipping fees (as per policy, shipping costs are non-refundable)

Right to Return (14 Days)

In accordance with consumer protection laws, customers in eligible regions have the right to cancel their purchase and return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Important Exceptions:
Due to the fragile, sanitary, and highly customized nature of our products — especially our 100% natural Batana Oil and handcrafted beauty items — this right does not apply once the product has been unsealed, opened, or used, as such items cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

How to exercise your right
To withdraw, you must notify us within the 14-day period by submitting a withdrawal request directly from your account or order confirmation page, or by contacting us at support@kurinuka.com . You must clearly state your decision to withdraw, including your name and order details.

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email.

Returning your order
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refunds
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. No additional fees will be charged.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the product shows signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and condition.
