Apply Batana Oil generously to dry hair before shampooing. Leave for 15-30 minutes to nourish and protect, reducing breakage and dryness. Rinse and proceed with your usual shampoo and conditioner.

For a fast boost, apply Batana Oil to your scalp and strands, leaving it on for 30 minutes. This treatment hydrates and softens, leaving your hair shinier and more manageable.

Apply Batana Oil generously to clean, dry hair and scalp before bed. Wake up to thicker, softer, and more manageable hair.

Summer Update
As we head into the warmer season, Batana Oil may liquefy above 25°C — a natural sign of its purity. Store Batana Oil in a cool, dry place, ideally below room temperature (around 60-75°F). If it liquefies, simply place it in a cooler area, such as a refrigerator, for a few hours to solidify. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
How to spot fakes?
Texture
Authentic Batana oil is solid at room temperature (typically below 24°C / 75°F) and melts easily upon contact with the skin.
When cold, it appears firm and slightly grainy, but quickly transforms into a rich, smooth oil as you warm it in your hands.
Fakes are creamy, like peanut butter.
Color
Authentic Batana oil has just one single color: rich brown — never green, grey, or yellow.
Scent
Real Batana oil has a natural, earthy, and smoky aroma—similar to coffee or popcorn (depending on individual sensitivity). Unlike synthetic or floral fragrances.

Is Kuri Nüka tested on animals?
No, Kuri Nüka is a cruelty-free brand. Our products are never tested on animals, and we take pride in our ethical and sustainable sourcing practices.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
Once you place your pre-order, here’s what to expect:
- 0–6 hours: Your order is processed and scheduled for production. (During this time, you may request cancellations or modifications to your order.)
- Day 1 to Day 6: Your order is carefully prepared and handcrafted by our team and supplier in Honduras. (Order cancellation and modifications is not possible)

- Day 8 to Day 12: Estimated delivery timeframe depending on your local carrier.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order, but please notify us within 6 hours from the time you place your order by emailing support@kurinuka.com or sending a message through our contact form. We usually process orders on the same day to ensure timely shipping, so it’s important to contact us within that time period to cancel the order before it’s shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We accept and deliver orders worldwide.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If the address is incorrect or incomplete (especially missing house number), we’ll email you to confirm before shipment. Incorrect addresses can cause delays or returns. If returned, reshipment may incur a fee depending on the case.
What if my package is marked 'delivered' but I didn’t receive it?
Please check your mailbox, front porch, and with neighbors. If the parcel is still missing, contact us at support@kurinuka.com with your current address and phone number, and we’ll assist further.
Return Policy
At this time, Kuri Nüka does NOT accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.
Due to the fragile, sanitary, and highly customized nature of each product — especially our 100% natural Batana Oil and handcrafted beauty items — returns cannot be accepted once orders have been processed and shipped. This policy ensures the highest level of product safety, freshness, and quality for every customer. Once an item leaves our facility, it cannot be resold or restocked due to health regulations and the integrity of our ingredients.
We kindly ask all customers to carefully review their order before finalizing their purchase, as all sales are otherwise considered final.

Refund Policy
At Kuri Nüka, we care deeply about your experience and the quality of our products. While we stand behind every order, we also recognize that sometimes things don’t go as expected. That’s why we offer a flexible and fair refund process.

- Item is damaged during transit
Note: For opened or used items, refunds may be offered only in special cases and at the discretion of our support team.
Non-Refundable Situations
To ensure we can keep our pricing and service standards high, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Orders marked as delivered but claimed missing without proof (e.g. theft report or certificate of non-delivered package from post office)
- Customer regret or dissatisfaction after half to full use of the product
- Shipping fees (as per policy, shipping costs are non-refundable)
